A street/alley/parking lot light is not working. What do I do?

The Village of Midlothian has general oversight over all lighting in the Village on the streets, alleys and parking lots.  If the light is on a wooden pole, all repair requests are passed along to Commonwealth Edison, except for changes in a light bulb (which is done by Public Works).

If a light is not working, please call the Public Works Department at 708-389-9658.  If it is after hours, please be sure to leave a detailed message with the location and number of other lights out in the vicinity, if any and a number where you can be contacted if you want additional follow-up to the reporting.
