The issue of Mayor Sharon Rybak wrongfully spending approximately $88,000 without board approval has been a topic brought up from time to time for almost a year.  More recently, Sheriff Tom Dart’s office issued a determination that the $88,000 was to be “reimbursed to the Village” that still remains unresolved.
